Chapman will be responsible for operational efficiency of the group’s surveying workforce whilst also using his experience of the UK mortgage lending industry to assist with the development of new products and services for Countrywide’s client base.
He most recently headed up Colleys surveyors within Lloyds Banking Group and held various senior management roles in many different parts of Lloyd’s businesses including business development, mortgage regulation, retail executive and more recently, commercial development in surveying and valuation services.
Paul Creffield, corporate operations director at Countrywide, said: “Paul brings a wealth of experience to this new role after more than 15 years in the property industry and will be using his expertise to strengthen our frontline business.
