One of Penn’s first tasks will be to prepare for the Mortgage Market Review, which comes into effect on the 26th April.

With 30 years of experience in financial services, Penn made his name as Amber Home Loans’ national key account manager.
Penn also represented Amber at the IMLA executive committee.
