The Wilmslow-based consolidator has acquired Future Lifestyle Ltd, a small IFA business with a turnover of £180k, based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. Future Lifestyle will be taken over by Perspective subsidiary, Charles Reynolds Associates, which itself became part of the Perspective Group in December last year.
Future Lifestyle Ltd is a one-man firm and the owner is leaving the IFA industry due to ill health.
Damian Keeling, managing director at Perspective Financial Group Ltd, commented: “Perspective Financial Group continues to work with IFA firms around the country offering a variety of options in terms of acquisition and exit strategies. Whereas we would normally keep the management in place at the firm, in these unfortunate circumstances the practice will become part of our subsidiary, Charles Reynolds Associates. We fully expect to make more acquisitions in line with our ongoing strategy in the weeks and months ahead.”
