McGrath Rathbone Ltd is based in Woodstock, Oxfordshire and was originally established in May 2003. It is run by directors Peter McGrath and John Rathbone, who are joined on the board by Perspective directors Phil Carr and Anthony Morrow who will act as company secretary.
The firm operates with a total of seven staff, including four registered individuals, and offers a full range of financial advice services. McGrath Rathbone has an annual turnover of £800k with approximately £100m of funds under management.
With the purchase of McGrath Rathbone Ltd Perspective takes the number of firms within the Group up to 23.
