Advantage offers a full range of products from non-conforming, with no higher lending charges and CCJs counted by number not amount, to prime, where customers can take advantage of its flexishare product.
Along with the lender’s products, Pink is also pleased to announce that they will have an on-site underwriter so cases can be turned around quickly and any criteria queries will be able to be dealt with swiftly.
From the launch until the end of October 2006, Pink will pay an extra £200 bonus procuration fee on all core non-conforming packaged products. The flexi-share product is excluded from this promotion.

All Advantage products are available both by packaged and direct to lender route. Please note that the £200 extra procuration fee is available only on Pink packaged cases.
