Pluto Finance has appointed Matthew Tucker (pictured) as construction director, joining the firm’s London-based team.
Tucker has joined from JLL, where he spent three years as associate director, responsible for development monitoring.
Before that, he worked for global engineering firm WSP and Artelia Group.
At Pluto Finance, Tucker will be providing in-house construction advice, undertaking pre-contract due diligence, and overseeing construction performance on the existing loan portfolio.
Tucker joins Pluto Finance’s 20-strong team which specialises in providing stretch senior development finance, senior development finance and bridging loans in the property sector.
