Premier Mortgage Service and Intelligent Finance are running a series of roadshows to demonstrate to mortgage brokers the benefits of offset mortgages and how to sell them effectively. The roadshows are being held as follows:

Brian Ewing, Head of Intermediary Sales at Intelligent Finance, said: "The potential for offset is huge. Research by Datamonitor has revealed that the market grew by over 63% year on year from 2000 to 2004 and predicts that, by 2009, offset will be responsible for approximately 30% of the UK's secured lending market."
The roadshow will help brokers understand how offset mortgages can benefit their clients and enable them to quickly identify which clients would most benefit from this type of product. As well as being attended by PMS members, the roadshows are also open to brokers who are not members of Premier Mortgage Service.
