Following its recent growth - Praxis has increased its lender panel by 50 per cent, opened an office in Northern Ireland and expanded in Scotland - the Birmingham-based packager has now earmarked a target of 50 local partnerships by the end of the year.
And the Birmingham-based packager has shunned the term ‘satellite in favour of remote office, to differentiate its extraordinary partnership deal from the rest of the industry.
Dudley Aldous, sales and marketing director, said: “We see remote offices as a key area for growth and Praxis is looking to have around 50 of these local partnerships by the end of the year.
“But we are ditching the term satellite offices because that implies our offer is the same as other packagers. In fact, Praxis’ remote offices receive a unique deal - access to our full panel of 23 lenders, DIP facility, full technology set-up and training, marketing support and much more.
“We are the only packager to offer such a complete service so, while we are looking to attract more remotes offices, Praxis can afford to be selective and only take the best brokers, existing satellites or small packagers. Praxis is about quality, not quantity, and – in spite of the ambitious targets we set - our sign-up of remotes will be no different.”
