The award, which was voted for by Personal Touch’s members, comes as RBS Intermediary marks its first year in business.
Alasdair McDonald, head of RBS intermediary partners, said: “We are particularly honoured to receive this award because it is voted for by the people that we work with directly.
“It also endorses the approach that we have taken in our first year.
“This has focused on developing strong partnerships with the intermediaries we serve, working together to understand how we can best support their needs and providing the tools to enhance the intermediary’s relationship with their own clients.
“We intend to build on this formula as we shape the Williams and Glyn proposition, while continuing to establish a strong reputation in the market.”
RBS Intermediary, which currently works with Personal Touch and Tenet Group, wants to increase its market share in 2015.
McDonald added: “In terms of 2015 and beyond, RBS Intermediary Partners are fully committed to delivering a consistent service to the brokers we work with.
“As well as investing in a professional mortgage qualification programme for our team, we plan to extend our product range and increase our overall lending, while continuing to excel in the service that we provide to our intermediary partners.”
