Richard, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, has a first class honours degree in Financial Services from UMIST/CIB and has worked in the industry for over 13 years.
Richard moves from Crown Mortgage Management, who created the specialist lender Rooftop in 2003, where he held similar roles in quality, compliance and servicing.
Welcoming Richard to the team Jonathan Naylor, Managing Director of Rooftop said, “Richard has been working with us since the beginning. He managed the compliance aspects from our launch through to our current success today. We are delighted that he is joining us in a more formal capacity as we grow, ensuring we maintain and enhance our quality products within the FSA environment.
Prior to Crown Mortgage Management, Richard was a key member of the Ipswich Building Society team.
