Moving over from GMAC, Zoë Barlow is the newest member of the Rooftop team, with over ten years experience in customer services - four of which were spent within the financial services environment.
Rooftop’s Partner Support team provides tailored training for its elite packager partners on products, lending criteria, the use of Rooftop’s processing system, and its completions process by offering a user-friendly point of contact for ongoing assistance and guidance.
