Rooftop was established in the same year as AMI and now represents over 70 per cent of the mortgage intermediaries in the UK.
Rooftop's managing director, Jonathan Naylor, said: “We have been impressed with AMI’s recent achievements with the industry’s regulators, as well as its continued support of the intermediary community. We wanted to be an active part of that support. The industry needs a representative association fit for purpose and AMI clearly fits the bill.”
