More than 200 brokers have registered to market its sale and rent back scheme to their clients, with RPS receiving additional enquiries from networks, clubs, lenders and housing associations.
RPS chief executive Peter Beaumont said: “We’re blown away by the response we’ve received so far. Brokers have confirmed there is a growing demand for the service we offer and they particularly like our ethical approach and the thorough way in which we vet homeowners’ suitability for our scheme.
“It’s still early days and to date we have only marketed our service to a limited number of brokers, so that we can gauge their level of interest. Over the coming weeks we intend to roll-out our marketing campaign to include all intermediaries and we have strengthened our head office resources to ensure we’re able to cope with the increasing volume of enquiries. It’s been a great start.”
RPS has produced a range of marketing materials for use by brokers, including compliance approved letters ready for sending to clients.
