Mick Graham will manage the North East, covering an area from Leeds to the Scottish border.
Having established his career with Barclays Bank over seventeen years, Graham joins from Northern Rock where he was commercial business development manager involved in high value commercial mortgage lending.
“Salt is an innovative lender and is already making its presence felt in the market," said Graham. "I like the company’s ‘can do’ attitude which is very refreshing and look forward to taking my career forward and building Salt’s reputation in the North.”
George Eleftheriou, recently appointed head of commercial sales, added “Mick Graham comes to us with a terrific track record and I am sure that he will have a significant impact on our business volumes as he helps to build relationships with new and existing intermediaries.”
The firm is currently on target to reach its £350 million lending goal for 2007. Salt is continuing to invest in experienced personnel as one of the key factors towards doubling its lending in 2008.
