The revamped residential range sees Santander offer a 1.39% 2-year fixed, 60% LTV product with a £1495 booking fee and a 4.24% 3-year fixed, 90% LTV with no booking fee.
The lender has also relaunched its large loan mortgages, offering customers a higher maximum loan size plus a wider range deals.
This includes a new range of 60% LTV fixed mortgages starting from 1.69% 2-year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £1995 booking fee. Maximum loan sizes have increased to £3m.
