The office will be run by Bruce Robertson, Consultant, and will be looking to provide quality financial advice to those throughout the region. SPF’s increasing presence in Scotland will be bolstered by the relationships with FPD Savills offices which are already in operation in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Brechin).
Alan Mudd, Director at SPF, said: “We identified a need for high quality advice at the top end of the mortgage market in Scotland with our first office established in Glasgow earlier this year. However, increasing demand has led to the opening of the Edinburgh office. We shall continue to build on our relationships with FPD Savills’ existing offices and I am delighted that SPF is thriving in Scotland.”
