I note there are some prevalent offenders, MX (Lightfoots) First Active (Enact) to name but a few. I see little point in the lenders stating they are assisting the broker community when their nominated solicitors are doing the very same thing. As a small company of nine, the administrative side are required to chase solicitors, to a degree, more than the lenders.
The other issue I would also like to mention is why is the letters page turning into a free spot for firms to advertise on. One would suggest that there is either a shortage of letters to print or these firms/people decide that by putting there advert in a letter form they can avoid the costs of advertising.
