Capital Planning advisers will be able to access Selestia’s state of the art investment tools.
This new service will, in addition to access to the investment tools, enable CPUK advisers to access over 90 tailor made portfolios covering all the differing risk profiles, using Selestia’s asset allocation model. These bespoke portfolios have been designed by CPUK containing funds exclusively rated A/AA/AAA by Forsyth OBSR funds rating service.*
The advisers will be able to use these, where appropriate, in conjunction with all Selestia wrappers. The portfolios have been designed to meet the needs of both "income" and "growth" investors. The use of the Selestia tools provide a clear compliance record for the IFA, but it will also ensure the client receives the benefit of the state of the art asset allocation model provided by Selestia and the advantage of a rigorous fund selection process designed by Capital Planning UK with data from Forsyth OBSR. In addition advisers can use the sophisticated Selestia profiling tool to assess accurately client attitude to risk. This will be enormously beneficial to both new investors and those with existing portfolios whose attitude to risk might well have changed with the turmoil seen in investment markets in recent times.
Nick Godfrey, head of sales at Selestia said: "We are delighted to be working with such a fast growing organisation with an excellent reputation for quality advice. This partnership will enable the Capital Planning IFAs to access Selestia’s state of the art risk profiler and asset allocation model, designed for their specific needs, as well as benefit from the end to end processing supporting them with their paperwork and administration."
Martyn Pask, sales director at Capital Planning UK said: "The future for IFA businesses is about differentiation. Differentiation from other methods of distribution as well as other IFAs. This initiative will be of great benefit to both advisers and clients and will demonstrate to both the added value that Capital Planning offers."
