SortRefer launches new website in latest rebrand

SortRefer, an online portal for mortgage intermediaries, has unveiled its new website sporting a fresh, modern look that now correlates with those of its sister companies – estate agent portal Sort Move and CLC law firm Sort Legal.

Established in 2009 to provide conveyancing and other ancillary services to brokers and their clients, the SortRefer portal has grown to have thousands of users instructing clients’ cases daily. Now, the Sort branding has been made consistent across the board to help new users identify the connection between all the companies within the group.

“As a group, we continue to invest in our technologies to make sure we evolve and offer real value-added services to our client base,” Kevin Tunnicliffe (pictured), chief executive at Sort Group, said. “The power of our technology is in its ability to pull together all parties within the property transaction to improve communication and increase visibility.

“I am thrilled to see improvements to our client facing website and the work undertaken by our marketing and technology teams to make our end-to-end user experience market leading and simpler than ever to use. I hope our users see the benefits of the improvements and enjoy the enhancements made to our portals.”

Emma Brown, head of marketing at Sort Group, added that the SortRefer re-brand and new website marks the final stage of the group’s branding exercise that was started at the end of 2019.

“SortRefer has rebranded twice since launch, with the last being in 2019,” she said. “Although it doesn’t seem like too long ago, I feel the new brand is much more modern, fresh, and allows us to constantly evolve and make enhancements.

“We’ve kept our statement ‘orange’ colour, but our logo has changed. Hopefully, all of our customers will like our new look.”
