The new office is situated at St John’s in central High Wycombe and now houses the collections and securities teams, with the finance and customer services departments remaining at the original SPML House site in High Wycombe. The new premises are comprised of 8740 square feet with the option to take further space.
SPML’s director of operations, Angela Davies, says: “SPML’s phenomenal business growth over the past couple of years, combined with our commitment to in-house loan servicing, means that we have seen corresponding increases in staffing levels. The new premises meet our immediate office accommodation needs and also allow for future planned growth.”
