Short-term lender TAB has made its first specialist HR appointment, recruiting Lianne Mason (pictured) as its inaugural people manager.
Mason brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, joining from tech company Vizlib, where the HR department supported over 150 members of staff.
The lender said the appointment marked a significant moment in the company’s growth trajectory and underscored its commitment to cultivating an innovative culture and an outstanding workforce.
In recent months, TAB has seen substantial growth, increasing its team from 32 to 39 professionals. Last month, it made three new additions to its senior management team, in preparation for launching future products and investment opportunities later this year.

It has successfully written over £375 million in loans within four years and is expected to have a £500 million loan book by 2024.
