Templeton LPA was acquired by LSL Property Services in February this year to complement its existing lender client services of asset management and lettings and property management.
Paul will be a director and operational lead at Templeton’s Leeds office. His appointment brings the total number of receivers in Templeton LPA up to four following the departure of Ray Hugill, a former director, leaving the company to pursue other interests within the industry.
Paul has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, including senior posts at Sequence (formerly Royal & Sunalliance Property Services), Letsure Insurance Services and Countrywide PLC. Paul recently completed a number of training courses and seminars with NARA to enhance his knowledge specifically from a Receivership perspective.
Templeton LPA’s new case management system will be launched in early 2011. It’s a dedicated web portal that will help to significantly develop the range and quality of services on offer to both existing and prospective clients.
