The restructuring follows the recent appointments of Howard Flight as non-executive director and Nick Kelly as Commercial Director.

Nick Boyle and Jon Everill are appointed joint managing directors. Richard Lindley and Roderic Rennison stay as group finance and operations directors respectively. Nick Kelly is commercial director and Gregg Taylor is appointed head of distribution.. Neil Harkin becomes managing director of The Commerce Centre. David Collett, formerly executive deputy chairman has left Thinc Destini to explore other interests and to develop his non-executive portfolio.
