Adrian was previously regional sales manager for the South and has been with Portman, now Nationwide, and The Mortgage Works since 2000.
Mark Williams, recently recruited by The Mortgage Works, replaces Adrian as business development manager for Central London.
In his role, Adrian will focus on the packager distribution channel and will be responsible for building The Mortgage Works position in this very important business sector.
Adrian was pivotal in developing the strong intermediary base that The Mortgage Works now enjoys in London and the South. He has won a number of awards for his work including accolades from Square Mile Mortgage Finance and Hamptons International Mortgages.
Commenting on his appointment, Adrian said: "This is a great role and one which I am looking forward to developing. Our packager distribution channel has grown considerably since the start of the year and I am pleased to be able to take up this position at such an exciting time for the newly enlarged business following the merger with Nationwide Building Society. Packagers are central to our non-conforming business and I am looking forward to working with our existing panel and building new relationships."
