The Casemaster web-based system allows intermediaries to process mortgage applications from submission to offer stage, including instructing references, and controlling the timing of valuations.
The technology guides intermediaries through the underwriting process from credit search to offer using guides tailored to individual lender's requirements.
Trigold ceo Bill Safran, commented:
“We’re committed to providing our users with a comprehensive suite of products and services. There are undoubtedly Trigold users who want to process their own cases and would benefit from a system that supports them. The Trigold philosophy, which has led us to becoming the most popular sourcing system in the country, is based upon supporting our users and not dictating how and with whom they conduct business. By offering links to Casemaster we are building on our new value-added services such as ENC and the Prospector AAA integration with Microsoft® Outlook®.
“We’re delighted to be working alongside Mortgage 2000 proving once again that the market should be open and inclusive and not restrictive and monopolistic.”
Sean Hornsby, managing director at Mortgage 2000 added:
“I’m delighted that our Casemaster service is being promoted by Trigold. Casemaster will be very attractive to the Trigold users in that the system provides them with the ability to control and process their own mortgage cases and earn additional revenue for doing so. In addition it allows advisers to work on cases when it suits them and helps them prioritise their business as they see fit. Users of the system are no longer reliant on the opening hours or service standards of packagers and lenders.”
Hornsby went on to say: “I’m sure Trigold will make a significant contribution to the growth of the Casemaster system. This is an example of co-operation between two companies to the benefit of not only each other but also the industry as a whole and it shows that given the right circumstances even competitors can work together”.
