Its 60% loan-to-value homemover 2-year fixes now stand at 1.54% with a £1,995 fee, 1.64% with a £995 fee and 2.04% with no fee after rates were raised by 0.10%.
Homemover 2-year trackers to 60% LTV stand at 1.34% with £ 1,995 fee and 1.84% with no fee, while the remortgage versions cost 1.34% and 1.94% respectively.
For homemovers and remortgagors TSB is also offering 3-year fixes at 2.04% to 60% LTV and 2.29% to 75% LTV, both with a £995 fee.
