The Manchester-based says it’s committed to listening to its brokers and now intends to take their input even further by launching its largest ever industry survey to find out what brokers feel about the current GI market and what they think is lacking.
Chief executive Simon said: “We have always listened to our brokers and make a huge effort every year to survey their opinions in order to ensure we can offer them the very best service and facilities. By communicating with us and telling us exactly what they need they have helped us to develop the market leading –and award-winning - proposition we have today.
“We want to make sure our brokers know we’re not going to rest on our laurels. This survey is the biggest we have ever undertaken and will give us a real insight into the intermediary market and its needs.
“We will continue to converse with our brokers regularly and look forward to developing our proposition even further in 2015.”
