Iceton will lead the Financial Services Division’s new business and account management within the Life and Pensions sector.
These solutions enable the transformation of systems ranging from individual product line administration to entire Life and Pensions business models.
Prior to joining the Financial Services Division, Iceton spent two years as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Vertex Outsourcing LLC in North America. She was responsible for business development and partnership activities in North America utilities and energy markets. She played a key role in establishing Vertex’s first major contract in the US – a £132million contract to deliver various Customer Service operations for NiSource Corporation as a sub contractor to IBM.
Iceton, who has substantial experience in the Life and Pensions sector, first joined Vertex in 1997 and has held various key roles, including Public Sector Manager, Alliance Director and Enterprise Sector Director.
