The new products are 2-year fixes at 2.54% with a £1,995 product fee, 2.85% with a £995 fee and a 5-year fix at 3.60% with a £1,995 fee, all with a £500 cashback.
The lender has also amended other buy-to-let exclusives, as its 60% LTV 2-year fixes stand at 2.13% with a £1,995 fee, 2.45% with a £995 fee and its 5-year fix is 3.19% with a £1,995 fee, all with £500 cashback.
On the residential side the lender’s 90% LTV 2-year fix has been reduced to 2.79%, its 3-year fix to 3.15% and its 85% LTV 5-year fix is 2.94%, all with a £995 product fee and £300 cashback.
