Malcolm has over twenty years’ experience in financial services having started his career with Abbey Life as an insurance broker. He swiftly progressed and joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward as the company’s first mortgage broker in 1989 where he continued to build experience and knowledge of the industry. Most recently Malcolm established Kinleigh Financial Management to provide a will writing facility and providing mortgage service to existing clients.
In his new role, Malcolm is responsible for managing a team of 14 mortgage advisors based across the company’s south east and Kent regional branches. Through close relationships with the branch managers and their teams, Malcolm is also responsible for increasing the level of business and awareness of the financial services division within the region.
Malcolm Waldron commented: “Through my experience within the estate agency and financial services divisions, this role felt like the natural progression for my career.
