The event, which takes place at the Solent Hotel in Hampshire on 22 July, will be held in conjunction with media partner, Mortgage Introducer.
So far, 31 exhibitors from across the mortgage and insurance industry have signed up to showcase their products and services. These include lenders, general insurance providers, secured loan and bridging finance companies, conveyancers and foreign mortgage specialists.
Rooftop Mortgages, Paymentshield, Preferred, Woolwich, Unity, Norwich Union, AXA, GMAC-RFC, Mortgage Express, Goldsmiths, TMB, Mortgage Express and UCB Homeloans are among those scheduled to exhibit.
The day will include a full programme of lender presentations and training seminars exclusively for BDS network members. Among those featured are presentations by Woolwich on the buy-to-let packaging market, as well as a training seminar on the income opportunities for life business. Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) representatives will also be available on the day to help with any regulatory concerns and issues. The conference will be followed by a gala dinner and awards evening.
