He joins the South West operation.
Paul Hollyman has over 35 years experience in the housebuilding industry. Prior to joining Wolsey Securities he held senior positions at leading housebuilders, most recently Westbury Homes and George Wimpey. In his new role, Paul will be responsible for facilitating and managing the funding for residential development sites.

His knowledge of the processes of private development house-building, particularly commercially and technically, is extensive, and he will help to lead the continued growth of the company in this highly competitive market.”

Following continued expansion of the company, Wolsey Securities has employed eight Development Directors over the past two years, creating a current team of 20 Directors across four offices.
