The YBS team was required to work collaboratively across the country, drawing on local market knowledge to deliver the best outcome for the client.
The deal was confirmed at a blended rate of 3.65% - as the product was tailored very specifically to meet the individual needs of the client – with part of the offering fixed for 5-years on an interest-only basis.
