The new mortgages include:
• 2 year fixed rate 2.95% (up to 75% LTV) with a fee of £995
• 2 year fixed rate 3.05% (up to 75% LTV) with a fee of £995, free valuation and legal fees
• 3 year fixed rate 3.89% (up to 75% LTV) with a fee of £995
• 3 year fixed rate 3.99% (up to 75% LTV) with a fee of £995, free valuation and legal fees
Homeowners wanting the added benefit of offsetting savings against their mortgage can do so with a competitive range of offset mortgages available with rates just 0.1% higher than above. In addition those with a smaller deposit will also find reductions in the 85% LTV products, which now start at 4.39% for a 2 year fixed rate.
