Steve Seal, CEO of Bluestone Mortgages is our guest on this edition of MITV. He explains how the the specialist lender – or more specifically complex credit lender – is focused on supporting customers who are disenfranchised from high street lenders, for example because of their credit background or because of their income type. In essence, Bluestone is a ‘non-judgemental’ lender, Seal says. He reflects on his working life – he was a volunteer police officer back in the day – and he hopes that his qualities of empathy and caring shape the culture of the business.
