Collin Bruce began his career in the mortgage industry in 2006. In 2009, he opened his own brokerage under the DLC banner. Currently, he wears two hats. He is a mortgage broker and owner of DLC Mortgage Mentors and he runs his own mortgage team. This year, Bruce was number two on the CMP Top 75 Brokers list; he was also winner of the CMA The Canadian Mortgages Inc. Award for Broker of the Year (25 employees or more). Just about 50% of the mortgages they do come from past clients or referrals, and this is the biggest compliment he says a broker can get. Bruce completely understand how confusing and overwhelming the mortgage process can be: “you can never ask me too many questions!”
