Sarah Johnston, CEO of Astute Financial Management, has a dual mission: to lead a team of members who want to be professional in everything that they do, focused on first the client and then on creating a sustainable business built on diversification. Johnston’s held several roles in her almost 25-year career with the longest at Mortgage Express Limited, now partnered with Astute, where she first started out as national business development manager and went on to become general manager. In this role, she had many responsibilities including leading, motivating and coaching business development managers responsible for 35 mortgage brokers and 10 insurance advisors; and carrying out day to day administration of the brand.
