Director of mortgage products
Craig Calder assumed the role of mortgage products at Barclay in July 2013, bringing with him nearly two decades of financial services experience. Prior to Barclays, Calder had a short stint at Ulster Bank as head of tracker mortgages. Before that, he was with the Royal Bank of Scotland for more than six years, where his most recent role was head of mortgages front book. He also worked at Alliance & Leicester, initially as senior marketing manager of credit cards, then as senior marketing manager of mortgages and insurance. Another seven-plus years of his career was spent at Abbey in marketing leadership roles. Calder holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University.
