Award-winning broker Josh Bartlett joined Mortgage Advice Bureau as managing director of MAB Melbourne in April 2020. With more than 40 lenders on his panel, his knowledge on policy, structure, rates, and set up has helped thousands of people reach their property dreams. Bartlett has settled more than 1.1 billion dollars-worth of loans and is in the top 2% of brokers in Australia. He has been recognised at the Australian Mortgage Awards for the past four years, in 2020 winning Broker of the Year – Productivity and receiving the Excellence Award for FBAA Broker of the Year – Independent. He also ranked second in this year’s MPA Top 100. Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
