Katherine Gardner, executive vice president and chief production officer at Arc Home, is responsible for all business development and sales efforts for the company’s wholesale and correspondent channels as well as the company’s marketing efforts. Gardner is a leader, entrepreneur, and senior-level sales and operations executive with more than two decades of experience in correspondent wholesale lending and financial services. She is also owner of Top Water Strategy. Prior to joining Arc Home in 2019, she was SVP of strategic sales, non-delegated correspondent channel manager responsible for building an industry-leading NDC sales and operations organization. Previous roles also include divisional vice president with NYCB Mortgage, EverBank, and Principal Residential. Gardner holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
