Marianne Mainardi is mortgage banking executive with a history of building quality operations in all mortgage lending channels and a strong leader responsible for nearly $500 billion of mortgage originations in both bank and non-bank top 10 organizations. She became senior vice president of NewRez in October 2019, bringing in a extensive experience in mortgage banking, risk management, financial analysis, and accounting. She joined NewRez after five years at DiTech Financial, where she was initially president and COO before getting appointed to SVP of originations operations in 2015. Other leadership roles she held include SVP of business lending at Greentree Servicing, SVP of business lending operations at Ally Bank/GMAC Bank, and SVP of finance at GMAC Mortgage. She started her career in financial services as an auditor with CoreStates Financial Corp. Mainardi holds a BS Accounting degree from Penn State University.
