Paul Taylor, president and CEO of Mortgage Professionals Canada, has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was appointed to his current role in January 2016, after serving as vice president of sales at Brovada Technologies. Prior to this, he was vice president at Independent Broker Resources, a for-profit corporation owned by the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO). He also worked at IBAO for nine years, most recently as director of operations, responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, industry relations, and overseeing implementation of the parts of the strategic plan related to the operations at IBAO and IBRI. Taylor graduated from the Ivey School of Business with an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the biggest names in the mortgage industry by MPA.
