Mary Malloy is the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at Stearns Lending. Mary is responsible for the company’s efforts in securitization, whole loan trading, and MSR valuation as well as the management of the interest rate risk analytics platform. Additionally, Mary oversees the Correspondent Mandatory Trading Desk, a key initiative in Stearns continued growth and diversification. In 2014 Mary successfully managed the sale of nearly 16 billion in whole loan and mortgage securitizations. During the same year, Mary directed the analytics, reporting and valuations of Stearns nearly 30 billion dollar mortgage servicing rights portfolio – as well as providing similar leadership for several notable strategic acquisitions and sales of MSR assets. Mary and her husband are avid motorcycle enthusiasts and dedicate much of their free time to supporting numerous charitable organizations, including a favorite, the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
