She is headquartered out of Guaranteed Rate’s Manhattan office. Her core business partners include real estate agents, attorneys, developers, CPAs, accountants, financial advisors and, of course, her past clients. In 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015, Shultz was a Guaranteed Rate National President’s Club member. Prior to her current position, Shultz served as a Managing Director at The Manhattan Mortgage Company, which was acquired by Guaranteed Rate in 2012.
