Jill Kravig Burns has been in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years, starting in high school, when her mother would drag her to her mortgage job every weekend to type up forms. After a stint in the medical field, Burns returned to the mortgage industry, which she describes as a “constant moving target.” She first joined Mountain West Financial in 2012 as senior vice president of operations, and now holds the role of executive vice president of operations. In addition to overseeing all back-office functions to ensure quality service and maximum productivity, Burns also helps set the company’s guidelines, policies and procedures. In addition to her professional duties, Burns is a certified executive coach and has been a member of the Porsche Club of America for more than 30 years, an interest she picked up from her father.
