Having grown up in government housing, Linda Davidson has a passion for helping hundreds of families achieve the dream of homeownership. Because of her interest in low- to moderate-income buyers, Davidson is certified as an FHA DE underwriter, as is the rest of her team. “This gives us a unique brand in the marketplace,” she says. “Although I am known as the ‘Government Queen,’ I average 40% of my business in conventional loans because of my reputation as the expert in my marketplace.”
Davidson has been with Service First Mortgage since 1997; today, she leads and manages the top-producing branch in the company. “It is exciting for me to facilitate an environment of growth for others,” she says. To that end, she actively participates in continuing education development and is a national speaker in the industry.
