Following her lifelong passion to help people “be better and do more than they thought they could ever do,” Desteni Mason co-founded KTL Performance Mortgage in Greenville, Ohio, in 2003. Since then, she and her team have been helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Mason managed to grow the business to become a leading USDA lender in Ohio and Indiana while working on her master’s degree. Under her leadership, the team closed more than 200 loans in 2016.

In the coming year, she will lead KTL’s growth campaigns in Indiana, Kentucky and Florida through a strategic social media campaign that challenges new homebuyers to “Live their Destiny.”
