Dedicated to helping thousands of families with debt management strategies and real estate professionals with expanding their businesses, Gina Baker has been a principal owner of Alderus Mortgage since 2005. Baker oversees the research, sales and marketing efforts of a team of mortgage professionals, working with them to develop a variety of innovative tools. She built the Alderus senior loan officer team model, which has been implemented company-wide, helped customize the sales force mortgage platform, and automated team workflows to improve production and communication, all while maintaining her status as a top producer.
As a result of her efforts, loan officers have accumulated nearly 400 five-star reviews from clients, buyers and selling agents in less than two years, and Alderus has secured a spot among the top mortgage employers in America for the last three years. To draw more young people into the industry, Baker is continuing to develop the company’s Next Gen Program, which enables it to recruit millennials with no prior mortgage experience by scouting young leaders and transforming them into top producers.
