Jean Badciong has been recognized as one of the leading women in the US mortgage industry by being listed in the 2017 edition of Mortgage Professional America's Elite Women
Jean Badciong joined Inlanta Mortgage in 2004, taking on the responsibility for managing the company’s compliance and quality control programs. A year later, she began work with secondary and operations, growing support for the transition from 43% to almost 100% of loans closed and funded by Inlanta. By 2014, Badciong had been named Inlanta’s chief compliance officer, primarily responsible for overseeing and managing compliance, ensuring that Inlanta Mortgage and its employees are complying with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Badciong is a participant on the MBA Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Committee and was named one of MPA’s Elite Women in 2014.
