Mortgage industry veteran Mary Bane has built an award-winning team at loanDepot from the ground up, sharing her personal passion for growth and development with each member of her team. As vice president of regional production for loanDepot’s retail business, Bane focuses on mentoring her team of top licensed loan officers, who have achieved the company’s highest retention rate at more than 97%. Bane’s team also held the top spot in the nation at loanDepot for retail loan production last year.
Beyond her role at loanDepot, Bane is a philanthropic leader in the community, organizing annual team participation to support worthy causes, including the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Ronald McDonald House. Bane’s mentorship of young women and minorities entering the lending industry has helped them find their footing and become key influencers within loanDepot and the industry as a whole.
